Alright! So, for those of you who don't know, sweet baby Ryker was born blind in one eye. Thus, since he's been born, it has been a whirlwind of trips up to Primary Children's and many surgeries and exams under anesthesia. To make a long story short, we believe we now have his retina reattatched and ready to be fitted for a lens so that hopefully he will see! He has been a great baby and has been through a lot with not a lot of fuss. Our oldest, Kiya, turned 7 this year, Nessalynn turned 6, and our youngest girl Samara, is not quite 4. They are a lot of fun! Kiya is the drama queen. EVERYTHING is a big deal. Picking up a toy can be drawn out into a day long ordeal of strife, and when she "lost" her first tooth, it actually consisted of me and my husband holding her down kicking and screaming as we pulled it from her head because the other tooth was already growing in crooked. Nessie is the trouble maker. If you can make a mess, destroy something, or just generally get into mischief, Nessie's there. Anytime things get quiet around the house, it means Kiya and Sam are watching TV and Nessie is probably sneaking into whatever she can find in the kitchen or breaking some eggs on the kitchen floor. Sam is our glorious DIVA. All the girls like to sing, but Sami is a singing, dancing, my way or the highway, fool! She used to be extremely sweet, and still can be, but watch out! She's spunky too! Eric is working at Morgan Jeweler's and is a very good salesman. If anyone needs beautiful jewelery with great service and good price, he's your man! :) I'm still a stay at home mom, but until my teacher had to move, I was working on Medical transcription so that I could work from home. Well, there's a bit more of an update, but once again, Ryker calls!
